Consumers are entitled to a right of withdrawal according to the following provisions, whereby a consumer is any natural person who enters into a legal transaction for purposes that can predominantly be attributed neither to their commercial nor their self-employed professional activity:
A. Cancellation policy
Right of withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from this contract without giving any reason.
For contracts for the delivery of goods, the withdrawal period is 30 days from the day on which you, or a third party named by you who is not the carrier, have taken possession of the last item of goods.
Notwithstanding this, in the case of a contract for the regular delivery of goods over a specified period of time, the withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day on which you, or a third party named by you who is not the carrier, have taken possession of the first item of goods.
For contracts for the delivery of data not on a physical medium, which are produced and provided in digital form (digital content), the withdrawal period is 30 days from the day of the conclusion of the contract.
In order to exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (Wiesnstr 54 Nuremberg Germany, Email: sweethomeshopde@gmail.com) by means of a clear declaration (e.g., a letter sent by post or an email) of your decision to withdraw from this contract. You may use the attached model withdrawal form for this purpose, but it is not mandatory.
To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient that you send your notification regarding the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the expiry of the withdrawal period.
Consequences of withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse all payments received from you, including delivery costs (with the exception of any additional costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the cheapest standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and at the latest within fourteen days from the day on which we receive notification of your withdrawal from this contract. We will use the same means of payment for this refund as you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; in no case will you be charged any fees for this refund.
For contracts for the delivery of goods, we may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or until you have provided proof that you have sent the goods back, whichever is the earlier.
You must return or hand over the goods to us without undue delay and in any event no later than fourteen days from the day on which you notify us of the withdrawal from this contract.

The deadline is met if you send the goods before the period of fourteen days has expired.
You shall bear the direct costs of returning the goods.
You shall only be liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from the handling of the goods other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.
Exclusion or premature expiry of the right of withdrawal
The right of withdrawal expires prematurely for contracts for the delivery of sealed goods which are not suitable for return for reasons of health protection or hygiene if their seal has been removed after delivery.
The right of withdrawal expires prematurely for contracts for the provision of digital content if we have begun the performance of the contract after you have expressly consented to us beginning the performance of the contract before the expiry of the withdrawal period, you have confirmed your knowledge that you lose your right of withdrawal by your consent upon commencement of the performance of the contract, and we have provided you with a confirmation of the contract, in which the content of the contract, including the aforementioned conditions for the premature expiry of the right of withdrawal, is reproduced on a durable medium.
Linked/financed transactions
If you finance this contract with a loan and later withdraw from it, you are no longer bound by the loan agreement, provided that both contracts form an economic unit. This is to be assumed in particular if we are your lender at the same time or if your lender makes use of our involvement with regard to the financing. If the loan has already been paid to us at the time the withdrawal becomes effective or when the goods are returned, your lender shall assume our rights and obligations under the financed contract in relation to you with regard to the legal consequences of the withdrawal or return. The latter does not apply if the present contract relates to the acquisition of financial instruments (e.g., securities, foreign exchange or derivatives). If you wish to avoid a contractual commitment as much as possible, please make use of your right of withdrawal and also withdraw from the loan agreement if you are entitled to a right of withdrawal for that as well.
General information on returning goods
1) Please avoid damaging or contaminating the goods. Please return the goods to us in the original packaging with all accessories and all packaging components. If necessary, use protective outer packaging. If you no longer have the original packaging, please ensure adequate protection against transport damage using suitable packaging.
2) Please do not return the goods to us freight collect.
3) Please note that the aforementioned paragraphs 1-2 are not a prerequisite for the effective exercise of the right of withdrawal.
